Our fresh pasta is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, thanks to Enza, our expert pasta maker, who has been kneading and rolling out the dough every morning with unparalleled dedication since 1984. Enza honed her skills in the kitchens of Emilia-Romagna, learning from the masters the art of creating cappelletti, a speciality of the Emilia-Romagna region. Her cappelletti pasticciati are renowned for their exquisite combination of innovative fillings and perfectly al dente pasta.

Among our most popular specialities, you will find the famous handmade “Fusilli al ferretto”, served with local goat meat sauce, a dish that reflects the pastoral tradition of the Cilento region. There is, of course, no shortage of delicious “Melanzane alla Pisciottana”, a tribute to the robust and genuine flavours of our territory.

Cheeses and cold cuts

Our starters include a curated selection of Cilento cheeses and cold cuts, such as buffalo mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, caciocavallo di Agropoli and wild boar ham, which can be enjoyed with an assortment of local jams and honey, ideal for enhancing natural flavours.

Cilento meat

A timeless classic is the Fiorentina, a cut of meat ranging from 900 grams to 1600 grams, freshly cut and grilled to bring out its natural richness of flavour.

For those who want an even wider variety, our mixed meat grill combines lamb, sausage, tracchiolilla and veal, offering a comprehensive sampling of our best barbecued selections.

We do not neglect white meats either: chicken and turkey are available for those who prefer more delicate flavours, always prepared with care and attention. Finally, for a simple dish that everyone loves, we serve the chicken cutlet, accompanied by crispy fries.
